Introducing The New Pitlight Luminaire

The new Thorlux industrial Pitlight luminaire has been specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements associated with Maintenance Pit Lighting. Network Rail Engineers have formally endorsed the use of the Pitlight and selected the luminaire for use on a number of projects which have now been successfully completed. This IP66 luminaire has a stainless steel body and cover frame, which protects against ingress of moisture and corrosion from diesel oil, engine oil, and cleaning fluids. The front cover panel is available in clear or internally etched toughened safety glass or alternatively clear polycarbonate. The design incorporates quick release front cover fastenings to allow easy access for re-lamping and maintenance.
